Security & Data Privacy: Your Data Stays Yours
Septra is engineered with strict multi-tenant isolation, encrypted credential storage, zero public model training, and fine-grained access governance.
How Your Data Stays Safe
Bank-level encryption, complete workspace isolation, and a guarantee that your data never trains public AI models.

We understand that operational data is your most valuable asset. Here is how Septra safeguards your institutional memory.
Zero Data Training Policy
Your private communications, CRM logs, and financial ad metrics are processed strictly within your dedicated pipeline. Every model call is routed through our providers' standard zero-training API terms — your data is never used to train third-party models.
Multi-Tenant Isolation
Every workspace operates in an isolated environment with tenant-scoped access roles and vector partition keys. Data is strictly segmented at rest and in transit.
Fine-Grained Governance & RBAC
You define exactly which team members or AI agents can view specific channels, execute actions, or trigger external publishing.
Encrypted Storage & Transit
All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. Credentials and vector indexes at rest are encrypted using hardware security modules.
Compliance & Model Standards
Strict data-handling terms with every model provider, backed by encryption across the stack.
Encrypted Everywhere
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, with strict tenant isolation across every workspace.
Anthropic API
Data sent to Claude is not retained or used to train models, per Anthropic's API terms.
OpenAI API
Data sent to GPT models is not retained or used to train models, per OpenAI's API terms.

Security & Data Privacy FAQ
Is Septra SOC2 compliant?
Septra has not yet completed a formal SOC 2 audit. In the meantime, all data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, with strict tenant isolation and role-based access control across every workspace.
Is data ever sent to third parties for model training?
No. Septra sends data to model providers only to generate a response — never to train their models. This follows the standard API terms of our model providers, not an opt-in setting you need to manage.
How do I revoke access or delete workspace data?
Workspace admins can revoke API tokens or trigger full data purges at any time from the settings dashboard.
