The analyst team behind your retainers — without the analyst payroll

Every client workspace gets its own AI analyst: weekly cross-platform audits with cited numbers, client-ready PDFs, and — when you're ready — a full agent team that turns findings into approved actions. Your strategists do strategy; Septra does the Monday-morning grind.

What changes when every client has an AI analyst

Reporting stops eating delivery margin

The weekly audit — executive summary, findings with cited numbers, action plan — is written before your AM opens the account. Review, export the PDF, send.

You can sell 'automated optimization' credibly

When clients ask about AI, you have a real answer: continuous audits and an agent team producing prioritized changes — with your team holding the approval gate.

Per-client isolation, by architecture

Each client is a separate workspace with its own connected accounts, data and report history. No cross-contamination, and an easy answer to client security questions.

Fulfillment scales without headcount

Winning three more retainers means three more workspaces, not a hiring round. The audit cadence runs the same whether you have four clients or forty.

Weekly cadence becomes your sales wedge

Monthly-audited accounts perform measurably better. Weekly-audited accounts are a pitch your dashboard-only competitors can't match.

Your brand stays in front

Reports are built to be forwarded under your relationship. White-label branding is on the near-term roadmap — ask about the current state on a demo.

How it Works

From first client workspace to full roster

1

1. Connect one client

Spin up a workspace, OAuth into their Google, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4 and Search Console. Ten minutes, read-only.

2

2. First audit in 15 minutes

Aria runs the full cross-platform audit and delivers the written report. Compare it to what your team produces by hand.

3

3. Roll out the roster

Add a workspace per client. Each gets its own cadence, data lake and report history — isolated by design.

4

4. Upgrade where it pays

Your highest-touch accounts move to Intelligence: chat with the agents, delegate tasks, and let the weekly review cadence feed your account plans.

FAQ

Agencies — frequently asked questions

How does pricing work across multiple clients?

Plans are per workspace — Reporting at $99/mo, Intelligence at $750/mo — and a workspace typically maps to one client. Running a larger roster? Book a demo and we'll walk through multi-workspace setups and volume arrangements.

Can I white-label the reports?

Reports export as clean, forwardable PDFs today; white-label branding (your logo and colors) is on the near-term roadmap. If it's a requirement, say so on the demo — agencies asking for it are exactly who we're building it with.

Is my clients' data kept separate?

Yes — isolation is architectural, not a setting. Each workspace has its own connected accounts, its own Company AI Brain and its own report history. Nothing is shared across workspaces, and no data trains public AI models.

Does this replace my account managers?

It replaces their worst week: pulling data, assembling decks, writing the same commentary across ten accounts. The judgment calls, the client relationship and the approval on every change stay with your team.

What if a client asks whether AI wrote the report?

Tell them the truth — it's a strong answer: an AI analyst audits their account weekly against their real data, every number is cited, and your team reviews everything before it ships. That's more scrutiny than most accounts have ever had.

We already tried AI tools and they were generic.

So did most of our agency users. The difference is grounding: Septra's agents only work from the connected account data in each workspace, and findings without real numbers behind them don't ship. Judge the sample report, not the category.
