Once connected, your AI team will automatically:

1. Septra Role: Owner or Admin role in your Septra workspace.
2. Instantly Account: Access to an active Instantly.ai account with permissions to retrieve the Organization API Key.

3. Step-by-Step Connection Instructions

Follow these steps to connect Instantly:

Step 1: Retrieve Your Instantly API Key

1. Log in to your Instantly.ai Dashboard.
2. Click Settings in the bottom-left sidebar.
3. Click on the Integrations or API Keys tab.
4. Copy your Organization API Key (or create a new API key labeled "Septra Integration").

Step 2: Enter API Key in Septra

1. Log in to your Septra Workspace.
2. Navigate to Intelligence in the left navigation bar.
3. Locate the Email Outreach section.
4. Click Add Connector and choose Instantly.
5. Paste your copied Instantly API Key into the API Key input field.
6. Click Save & Sync.

4. Data Sync & Status Management

• Automated Daily Sync: Instantly campaign statistics are refreshed automatically every day at 06:00 UTC.
• Manual Sync: Click Sync Now under Intelligence → Instantly to fetch the latest email metrics immediately.
• Status Badges:
  • Connected (Green): API Key validated and campaign metrics syncing.
  • Error (Red): Invalid API Key or revoked permissions. Click Edit Settings to update your API Key.

• API Key Encryption: Your Instantly API key is stored securely in AWS SSM Parameter Store with KMS encryption at rest.

Q: Why am I receiving an "Invalid API Key" error?

Ensure you copied the entire API Key string from Instantly without trailing spaces. If your key was regenerated in Instantly, copy the new key and update it in Septra under Intelligence → Instantly → Edit Settings.

Q: How quickly will my campaign metrics update after a sync?

Syncing takes approximately 1 to 2 minutes to process all active campaign stats, lead statuses, and sending account health metrics.
