Once connected, your AI agents can:

3. Step-by-Step Connection Instructions

Step 1: Open Meeting Intelligence in Septra

1. Log in to your Septra Workspace.
2. Navigate to Intelligence in the left sidebar.
3. In the Meeting Intelligence section, click Granola.

Step 2: Authenticate via OAuth

1. On the Granola detail page, review the scope overview (Meeting notes, transcripts, attendees, action items & semantic search).
2. Click Connect Granola.
3. You will be redirected to the secure Granola authorization dialog.
4. Confirm authorization to grant Septra read access to your Granola workspace.

Step 3: Verify Connection & Initial Sync

1. You will be redirected back to Septra with a Connected confirmation badge.
2. Click Sync Now to pull your latest meeting summaries and transcripts into your workspace knowledge base.

4. How Agents Utilize Meeting Intelligence

Granola notes are automatically indexed and tagged in your private Knowledge Base (/documents):

• Semantic Search: Agents search across meeting transcripts using semantic keywords (e.g. searching for "pricing objections" surfaces all relevant customer quotes).
