Social Media Publishing & Approvals
Learn how agents draft social media posts and how human-in-the-loop approval works before publishing.
To maintain complete brand safety, Septra implements a strict Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval flow. While AI agents can write copy, optimize schedules, and select target channels, they *cannot* publish content to your live social accounts without your explicit, manual authorization.

When an agency or marketing lead requests a campaign, the Content Creator (Luma) researches your workspace's Knowledge Base to draft posts. Luma generates variations tailored for different channels:
- LinkedIn: Professional tone, formatting with line-breaks, and tag highlights.
- X (Twitter): Short, high-impact statements, under character limits.
- Facebook & Instagram: Engaging stories with media recommendations.
2. Strategic Quality Control
Before the draft reaches your dashboard, Nova (CMO) reviews Luma's work. Nova checks:
- Does this post align with the weekly marketing goals?
- Is it referencing the correct product URLs and landing pages?
- Does it conflict with any active ad campaigns?
3. The Taskboard & Approval Dashboard
Approved drafts are placed as pending items on your workspace Taskboard under the Social Queue column.
- Reviewing: Click the task to view the draft text, target platforms, and planned publishing times.
- Editing: You can edit the text directly in the Taskboard panel if you want to make quick adjustments.
- Approving: Click Approve & Publish. The post is queued and dispatched to connected channels at the designated time.
- Rejecting: Click Reject. You can leave feedback (e.g., *"Make the tone more casual"*), and Luma will generate a new revision.

Connecting Social Accounts
To allow agents to queue drafts for your platforms, you must link your channels:
- Go to Settings > Social Connections.
- Select the channels you want to link (LinkedIn, Facebook Page, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Authorize via the secure connection prompts.
- Once connected, these profiles will appear as target destinations on your drafting dashboard. All connections utilize encrypted session tokens.
